A supplement tracker that reads your stack, not just your checklist
Tick off what you take each day. Aurelo Health reads your supplements next to your meals, their timing and how you felt, and flags the pairs that compete, the pairs that work together, and the nutrients still running short.
Free. No card. Nothing you log is sold or shared.
What you log
- Supplements and vitaminsWith dose and time of day. Find a product by barcode, or photograph the label.
- Medications and peptidesKept private: never shared with anyone, and analysed without your name attached.
- MealsFrom 2 million USDA foods, so iron, magnesium or vitamin D from food and from capsules add up in one total.
- How you feltA one-minute check-in: energy, focus, mood, sleep quality, calm and digestion, each out of 5.
What it tells you
Magnesium and zinc at the same time
Both logged at 9 pm on 12 of 14 nights. At these doses they compete for the same uptake pathway, so each is absorbed less well together. Zinc with breakfast keeps both.
- Timing: pairs that get in each other’s way when taken together, like iron with calcium or with coffee.
- Pairings: what works better together, like vitamin D with a meal that has some fat.
- Totals: whether a nutrient is under or over target once food and supplements are added up.
- Interactions with common medications, from Aurelo’s curated reference; on Plus, each one cites its source, and hypothesized interactions from lab, animal and case-report findings are included, labelled as such.
How it works
- Log as you goSearch, scan or snap a meal. Tick off your supplements. Ten seconds each.

Private by default
- Analyses run without your name or email attached.
- Medications and peptides are never shared with anyone.
- Nothing is sold. No ad network sees what you eat.
- Export everything, or delete it all, from Settings.
Common questions it answers
- Can You Take Magnesium and Zinc Together? One study found very high zinc supplement doses, 142 mg a day, can interfere with magnesium absorption and magnesium balance.
- Can You Take Iron and Calcium Together?Possibly. Calcium might interfere with iron absorption, so experts suggest taking calcium and iron supplements at different times of day.
- Should You Take Vitamin D With Food?It helps. Fat eaten at the same time enhances vitamin D absorption, though some is absorbed without it.
- Do You Need Copper With Zinc?Zinc at 50 mg a day or more for weeks can interfere with copper absorption and lower copper status.
- Do Coffee and Tea Block Iron Absorption?Coffee and tea can inhibit iron absorption: in a study in adults, coffee and tea drunk with a bread meal cut the iron absorbed from it.
- Do Vitamin D and Magnesium Work Together?Yes. Low blood magnesium causes resistance to some of vitamin D’s effects, so keep magnesium intake adequate.
Questions
Is Aurelo Health free?
Yes. Everything described on this page is free, with no card. Plus, a paid layer, adds a weekly brief, questions answered from your log, two-week experiments and logging by voice.
Can it tell me when to take each supplement?
It flags the pairs in your own stack whose timing matters, says why, and suggests when to move one. It doesn’t write a schedule from scratch.
Who sees my supplement and medication list?
No one but you. Analyses run without your name or email, medications and peptides are never shared, and nothing you log is sold.
Is this medical advice?
No. Aurelo shows what lined up in your own log and says how strong the evidence is. Take anything that matters to a doctor, pharmacist or dietitian, especially if you take prescription medication.
